| Currently, we can deliver parcels to Ukraine following regions/oblasts: |
| Lvivska, Ternopilska, Ivano-Frankivska, Zakarpatska, Volynska, Rivenska, Chernivetska, Khmelnytska, Odessa, Kiev Customers can still send their air parcels to those regions if they are acknowledging the risk. This is the current situation as of today and can be changed while parcels are in transit. |
| * packages weighing 50 kg or more will be automatically returned back to our distribution warehouse in Poland. * food products in the package that exceed 10 kg will be automatically returned back to warehouse in Poland. |
| Also, please have in mind that declaring common names (clothes, household goods, products, etc.) entails the activation of the automatic system of risks, which will lead to a longer processing time at customs. To simplify the processing, pay attention to the declared contents - the more detailed the package is described, the less likely it will be detained. |
| In addition, to simplify the process for our clients: |
| * do not send more than 5 kg of food in one box. |
| * we do not accept packages heavier than 45 kg. |
| * we do not accept any alcohol as it will be detained or, by worse scenario, package will be returned to our warehouse in Poland. |

| If packages will be returning to our warehouse in Poland - senders will have to pay extra for processing those packages and sending them repeatedly to Ukraine. |

| - The longest side of any package should not exceed 99cm. |
| - The sum of the length and girth should not exceed 182 cm. (H + W + L = 182 cm) |
